As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a leading trauma treatment. I also have specialized training in the treatment of OCD through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and psychodynamic therapy. Also, I employ a holistic, integrative approach that considers the whole person and helps clients feel seen and respected.
